Welcome to Black Girl Network Association!
We nurture confidence, identity, and cultural pride in Black girls ages 7–12—an important stage when self-belief takes shape. Through community, mentorship, and shared experiences, Black Girl Network creates a space where girls feel seen, supported, and confident in who they are.
Black Girl Network is a community-rooted initiative in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia focused on early identity and confidence formation for young Black girls.
While many programs respond after confidence has declined, we intervene early—supporting Black girls before self-doubt takes hold. Our work is grounded in lived experience and designed to help Black girls know who they are and believe they belong.
